Updated Public Involvement Process Plan Released
NHDOT incorporated many suggestions received from residents and stakeholders.
The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) has published an updated Public Involvement Process (PIP) Plan which guides the outreach efforts the department follows during the public involvement phase of several Transportation Programs.
The purpose of the PIP is to identify the many opportunities for the public and those interested in transportation planning to participate and be publicly involved in these efforts. The PIP provides an overview of the Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), the State Ten-Year Transportation Improvement Plan (TYP), and the Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP). The PIP is available on NHDOT’s website, https://www.dot.nh.gov/doing-business-nhdot/general-public.
