NHDOT has been developing a Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) since 2008. Comments on the Plan are always welcome.
In 2004, the NH Charitable Foundation and NHDOT created a Community Advisory Committee (CAC) that developed New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation citizen’s transportation plan. This plan has drawn positive attention from transportation planners and activists across the country. Based on the work started by this CAC, the Department then created a federally approved Long Range Transportation Plan in July 2010.
