Lee 41322 Finding of Necessity Hearing

The Commission appointed by the Governor and Executive Council on March 8, 2023 for the project noted above will meet on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at 10:00 am at the NH Department of Transportation, Room 161, 7 Hazen Drive in Concord, NH, to discuss the proposed project. This meeting is a public proceeding under RSA Chapter 91-A.  

The intent of the meeting is not to take testimony but rather, serve as a decision-making forum for the Commission. The public may observe the proceedings. 

The purpose of the Lee 41322 project will replace the red-listed corrugated metal pipe arch carrying NH 125 over the Little River with a steel girder bridge.
