Historic Bridge for Sale in New Hampton

• The NHDOT is accepting proposals for the purchase, relocation and preservation of the historic Smith’s Crossing Bridge (No. 240/104), that carries Jackson Pond Road over the state-owned Concord to Lincoln railroad in the town of New Hampton, NH.  
   
  To be considered, proposals must be submitted electronically to Bureau16@dot.nh.gov.  The subject line must read: “PROPOSAL FOR THE ADAPTIVE REUSE OF THE SMITH’S CROSSING BRIDGE,” and be received by 12:00 pm on August 6, 2024.

  The Request for Proposals and other information including copies of location maps, inventory form, and draft historic covenants, are available on the Department’s Disposition of Historic Bridges (Bridge Sales) webpage.
   

Statewide Real Estate Appraisal Contract Program.

• The NHDOT Bureau of Right-of-Way is soliciting letters of interest from qualified and experienced real estate appraisal firms to provide appraisal services for properties to be acquired by the Department for highway construction projects. Contact information is provided in the Solicitation of Interest document.  The Department must receive letters of interest on or before December 20, 2023.

RFB TPK 2024-01 Graffiti Removal. 

• The NHDOT Bureau of Turnpikes is soliciting price proposals for graffiti removal services.  Contact information is provided in the RFB documentation. Bids are due on Thursday, September 7, 2023.
