Sutton-New London Public Officials/Public Informational Meeting

NHDOT to discuss proposed improvements to the bridges carrying I-89 over Route 114 in Sutton.

Arrangements have been made by the Department to hold combined Public Officials/Public Informational Meetings to discuss the planned bridge deck replacements of the bridges carrying I-89 northbound and southbound over NH Route 114 in the Town of Sutton.  There will be traffic control associated with this project that will include the overnight closure of NH 114 for up to 14 nights per bridge.  A signed detour will be established.

The meeting is scheduled on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 4:30 pm at the Sutton Town Office, 93 Main Street in Sutton, New Hampshire as part of the regularly scheduled Selectboard’s meeting.

The purpose of this meeting is to present citizens and public officials with information regarding the proposed project and to solicit public input in order to ensure that project decisions meet public transportation needs, community goals, and protect and enhance the environment.  Accordingly, NHDOT assures that this project will be administered according to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related statutes to ensure nondiscrimination.
