Project Environmental Process Manual

Effective July 28, 2023 the Bureau of Environment's ENV 1, Manual 3 Project Environmental Process Manual has been approved. The manual facilitates the documentation of environmental impacts in a manner that complies with the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Departments ENV 1: Environmental Policy. Its primary purpose is to ensure complete documentation of project impacts in accordance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to each segment of the natural, cultural, and socio-economic environment.
