Annual DBE Certification Reviews
NHDOT strives to ensure timely processing of annual DBE certification reviews and to ensure that qualified DBE/ACDBEs do not face delays in competing for federal-aid contracts or for concession opportunities.
Required Documentation
The following documentation is required for the annual certification reviews for all NHDOT DBE certified companies:
- Cover letter that:
- specifies the DBE/ACDBE is seeking an annual review;
- identifies all UCPs in which the DBE/ACDBE is certified (including the UCP that originally certified it);
- NHDOT Declaration of Eligibility;
- Most recent filed federal tax return, including all schedules and attachments, for the DBE/ACDBE firm and any of its affiliates and subsidiaries;
- An electronic image of the UCP directory of the firm's original Jurisdiction of Certification (JOC), formerly known as home state certification;
- DBE Request for Modification of NAICS Codes (if needed).
Incomplete applications shall not be processed and shall be returned to applicants. An application is considered complete when OFC receives all the required paperwork from the applicant. Complete applications shall be processed within ninety (90) business days.
