Welcome to the NHDOT Office of Federal Compliance (OFC)!
OFC promotes fairness, inclusion, equal opportunity and access for all in all NHDOT programs and activities. OFC is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal anti-discrimination and labor requirements on Federal-aid projects.
NHDOT upholds and assures full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and all related statutes. Title VI and related statutes prohibiting discrimination in Federally assisted programs require that no person in the United States of America shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal assistance.
The Office of Federal Compliance (OFC) oversees the following areas/programs:

- Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Program
- Contractor Compliance Program (CCP)
- On-The Job Training (OJT) Program
- Title VI Program
- Environmental Justice (EJ) Program
- Language Assistance Program (LAP)
- ADA Title II Program
- Supportive Services (SS) Programs (DBE, OJT and NSTI (National Summer Transportation Institute Programs))
