In-State DBE Applications
In addition to the general application requirements, a qualified small business whose principal place of business is in New Hampshire are required to complete and/or provide the following:
- DBE/ACDBE Uniform Certification Application (all 17 pages are required) and supportive documentation as detailed in the Uniform Certification Application along with the Supporting Documents Checklist (included in the application, p. 17).
- Personal Net Worth (PNW) Statement and supportive documentation for assets and liabilities listed in the PNW.
After all the required documents have been received, OFC shall review them and contact the applicant to schedule an on-site visit or a virtual interview as appropriate. After the onsite visit and interviews have been completed, OFC shall review the application as whole and issue a certification decision.
Incomplete applications shall not be processed and shall be returned to applicants. An application is considered complete when OFC receives all the required paperwork from the applicant. Complete applications shall be processed within ninety (90) business days.
