Bridge Work on Route 27 in Candia and Raymond

Access to three bridges will be limited to one lane for several months.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) has begun preservation work on three bridges on Route 27 in Candia and Raymond that will restrict travel to one lane over each bridge for several months.

Construction crews will rehabilitate the bridge decks on the Route 27 bridges over Cains Brook and the Branch River in Candia, and on the bridge over the Lamprey River in Raymond.

Access on each bridge will be limited to one lane of alternating traffic that will be controlled by temporary signals.  Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling through the work zones.

R.M. Piper is the General Contractor on this project which has a final completion date of September 16, 2022.
