Culvert Replacement Work on Route 153 in Middleton

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation announces that a culvert replacement project is scheduled to begin Monday, July 18, 2022 at 7 am on NH Route 153 in Middleton.  The work zone is approximately 3,000 feet north of the intersection of King’s Highway.  The culvert work is located between the junctions of King’s Highway and Ridge Road and will require NH Route 153 be closed to through traffic for three days.  

A detour will be in place for through traffic via Ridge Road and King’s Highway.  Detour signs will be installed to direct traffic around the closure.

Motorists are encouraged to obey all traffic control devices and use caution when driving in construction zones.
