Newton Public Hearing
To discuss the proposal to reconstruct the intersection of NH Route 108, Amesbury Road, and Maple Avenue, as well as alter the approaches of NH Route 108, reconfiguring the intersection to a traditional four-way stop design.
The Commission established under NH RSA 230:14 and Public Law 100-17 (Surface Transportation and Uniform Relocation Assistance Act of 1987), has scheduled a public hearing to discuss the proposal to reconstruct the intersection of Route 108, Amesbury Road, and Maple Avenue, as well as alter the approaches of Route 108, reconfiguring the intersection to a traditional four-way stop design. The proposed work will extend approximately 300 feet north and west along Route 108, approximately 300 feet south along Amesbury Road, and approximately 200 feet east along Maple Avenue. This project may impact historical properties.

The venue will be open at 5:30 pm for the inspection of plans by any interested persons. Additional information about this hearing and this project is available on the NHDOT website.
