Nighttime Guardrail Repair Work on Route 108 in Newmarket and Newfields

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces that a guardrail repair project is scheduled to start on Sunday, December 4, 2022, at 7 pm on NH Route 108 in Newmarket and Newfields, NH.  The repair work will require closing Route 108 from the junction of New Road in Newfields to the junction of Ash Swamp Road in Newmarket for two nights.  The work is scheduled to begin at 7 pm on Sunday and Monday nights, and finish at 6 am the following morning.

Detour signs will be in place to direct traffic around the construction area.  Passenger cars will be detoured around the closure using New Road.  Truck traffic will be detoured via routes NH 85, NH 87, NH 125 and NH 152.
