Nighttime Paving on Route 16 Spaulding Turnpike in Milton

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) will be closing ramps and detouring traffic at the Exit 17 & 18 Ramps on the Spaulding Turnpike in Milton for nighttime paving operations starting on Sunday evening, August 20, 2023.

Detour signing will be in place to direct motorists around the closures. Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs. 
 
Weather permitting the work will require three weeks. Paving crews will begin at 9:00 pm and end at 5:00 am.

Brox Industries of Dracut, Massachusetts is the general contractor for the $3,092,000 project, which has a completion date of September 22, 2023.
