Warner 15907 Finding of Necessity Hearing

The Commission of Three appointed by the Governor and Executive Council for the project noted above will meet on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 10:00 am at the NH Department of Transportation, Room 112/113, 7 Hazen Drive in Concord, NH, to discuss the proposed project. This meeting is a public proceeding under NH RSA Chapter 91-A. 

The intent of the meeting is not to take testimony, but rather serve as a decision-making forum for the Commission. The public may observe the proceedings. 

The proposed project includes replacing the existing red-listed bridge and improvements to the intersection of NH Route 127 and Dustin Road located just north of the bridge and ancillary roadway work.
