The Bureau is responsible for the development of plans for the reconstruction, rehabilitation, and new construction of roadways.

- Plan Development Checklist Workbook - single excel sheet with tabs for available checklists
- Preliminary Design (Alternatives Analysis) - under development. Preliminary Design is considered to be a much more fluid process, however, a general checklist or guideline on considerations layout and define the process, while providing clear documentation expectations.
- Color Plan/Hearing Checklist - under development
- Pre-Hearing Design Checklist - Typically initiated prior to the Public Hearing to verify easement locations and sizes and general constructability issues associated with the final design aspects of the projects. Complete
